We provide monthly payments accompanied by a report that itemizes activities on your property such as income and expenses. The report will list any amounts paid or owed to those who have repaired or upgraded your property. These reports also include year-to-date information, which is useful for your personal records and for tax purposes. Our accounting staff mails out property owner disbursements and reports on or around the 25th of each month.
