The Jerry D. Abrams Company, Inc. is one of the largest commercial property management companies in the Tri-Cities, currently managing large apartment communities, 750,000 square feet of office, medical, and retail space, and leasing approximately 75,000 commercial square feet per year.

The Jerry  Company, Inc. was founded in 1980, to provide professional property management services for real property investors.  There had traditionally been a void in the Tri-Cities market for property management on a professional level.
We formed our company in order to provide for this growing need.       

The sole and exclusive purpose of the Jerry. D. Abrams Company, Inc. is to provide professional property management and commercial leasing services to both local and out-of-town investors.  We perform no brokerages services (other than commercial leasing) and thus devote 100% of our time to day-to-day supervision and management of our investor-owner portfolio. We are a licensed, bonded Washington Corporation currently employing a total complement of professionals capable of performing all aspects of property management.  Our entire accounting system is totally automated, utilizing state of the art computers and software.  Our accounting manager is a graduate accountant.

The Jerry D. Abrams Company Inc. has the ability to provide outstanding services due to our association with qualified, bonded subcontractors and technicians as well as a superior maintenance support team.  Additionally, we are affiliated with a sister corporation, Property Care, Inc., who provides building maintenance, landscape maintenance, and janitorial services.  Consequently, we are able to provide professional services at substantially reduced costs.  Thus we are able to improve the bottom line profit picture of the investment while improving the overall integrity of the property.

The Jerry D. Abrams Company, Inc. is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM), Board of Realtors, Building Owners and Manager's Association® (BOMA), National Federation of the Independent Business, Tri-City Chamber of Commerce, TRIDEC®, and currently employs a Certified Property Manager, and a Real Property Administrator (RPA®) candidate.
